Co-Director, Early Childhood Education Center, Juniata College - Huntingdon, PA

  Master Teacher and Administrator. Plan and implement the toddler and preschool programs. Teach (Ed. 121) and supervise practicum students and student teachers. Collaborate with the intermediate Unit's early intervention program based at the Center. Develop curriculum. Administer the program including enrollment, budget, expenditures, program assessment, and staff development. Work towards meeting and maintaining state licensing regulation. Lead self-study towards NAEYC accreditation. Initiated parent group meetings.
